If you are interested in building a home with 5 star service I would highly recommend this company. Oh, and they completed the house a month ahead of schedule to accommodate our need.

The attention to detail far exceeds our expectations for a spec home. I love everything about our home. From the wall colors to the lighting everything is beautiful. Thank you for the compliments. We have built the home we are in and extensively remodeled two homes in Illinois as well as built a new office building last year. We also completely gutted then re built in Sanibel FL that took two separate permits over 18 months. On the Illinois work, we always used a life long friend as contractor. (we are still friends). On the Sanibel project, we were lucky to get the work completed before he went bankrupt.


This may sound like smoke, but of all our experiences, you and Phillip and Lindsey have been the best. I figured out very early that I wanted your company to build our retirement home. I trust your judgement and abilities.


The last reason we may seem too easy is because I have learned to surround myself with the best and brightest..whether in my business or personally...

well, maybe not my golf buddies. ;)"
